The Spirajoule® technology is an exclusive process for thermal treatment. It is designed with a worm scre conveyor electrically heated by a low voltage current. The screw heat the product due to the joule effect.
The product temperature is precisely controled due to the regulation of the screw temperature setting. The dwell time is regulated by the setting of the screw rotation speed.
The technology is a simple and economical process with accurate and efficient operation for the heat treatment of up to 700°C of wet or dried products.

Safesteril® is perfect for food industries which have to treat spices, cereals, vegetables etc, for any kind of solid or wet divided products such as powders, seeds, flakes, leaves, shapes etc.

When you get Safesteril® you get the whole process with his annexes: steam injection/extraction, fluid injection/extraction, water cooler, steam generator, control cabinet etc.

UPX® is a cooling system based on chilled water circulation through a conveying screw and trough. The Frigomix® model is designed with conditioned air (temperature and humidity) percolating through the product.

The UPX technology allows for the perfect cooling of divided products, powders or pasty products in a wide range of processes.  UPK® is a continuous cooling or heating screw conveyor for bulks, powders, granulates, pasty or muddy products. The cooling and heating function is accomplished through chilled water, steam or other thermal fluid passage into the screw and double jacket.
The air extraction in the top opening allows the control of the atmosphere conditions above the product: wet extraction, dried air injection...
Paddles fixed to the screw allow a perfect homogeneous treatment, mixing, conveying, and cooling or heating transfer.

ETIA is a partner of BNW industries which offer a belt dryer with stainless belt for thermal treatment (cooling or heating) for wide range of products even if they have a large size.
The Belt O Matic use several energies such as air, fioul, gas, or electricity, depending of your needs. The product can be treated in one or two time in continuous. It can be equiped with all annexes required to answer to particular specifications and can has a complet stainless finishing.

QUANTIX

For a simply weighting thanks to his panel control with digital display and precise microprocessor (< to 2%). With his automatic or semi automatic modes you just have to start feeding and screw stop as the weight is reached.
Two screws and hopper equiped with mixing paddles allow dosing for a wide products range.

ETIA offer an equipment for volumetric dosing with hopper and feeding screw. Feeding can be adjusted with speed control and is adapted for all kind of shapes, divided solids, wet or pasty products.
